Recovery is strengthened through connection.

Recovery Leadership Academy 

The Recovery Leadership Academy is a 6-month long training program provided by the Center for Community Engagement (CCE) that has been uniquely designed for people in recovery working in the mental health and/or substance use field. The goals of this program are to: 

Develop Community Leaders

Equip peers with the skills necessary to become effective leaders in their communities.

Champion Lifelong Growth

Foster a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Support Career Advancement

Provide opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Peer Advisory Council

A coalition for peers, led by peers.

The peer advisory council seeks to support peers across the state as they work to achieve their goals. 

Whether it is a question about:

  • credentialing,
  • advice on establishing boundaries,
  • guidance on professionalism expectations, or
  • another kind of support
